As the title says. Bought it roughly 2 weeks ago but i feel kind of sad now that i saw the price drop so much right after my purchase. Is it worth sending a ticket? I saw people say that u can ask for the price diffrence money back.

    I had my deck for 8 months and am pissed there are no upgrade options at all. Shitty move of Vavle causes this insane price drop this sudden.

      It’s been 8 months, how far back shouldn’t they go to offer refunds? Two weeks for OP makes sense, but be serious 8 months is unreasonable

        I didn’t say I want a refund, but an upgrade option e.g. to replace the screen. Valve’s solution is to buy a new deck which is overkill.
