So weird! The wifi has always been persnickety with my home network but until now, I’ve never had mobile hotspot connectivity issues…. My remarkable is almost 3 years old 🤷🏻♀️
If it has a captive portal then it won’t work
You need a strong password. That is the problem!

Change the name to a single word that does not contain any special characters, and, also, please make sure you do not have any special characters inside of your password, worked out for me.
I’ll try that. I ended up using the IP address feature with a hard wire to get the file on my remarkable. Work is testy about 3rd party apps, so I can’t have the remarkable app on my computer
My issue was using 5ghz and/ or wifi, which gave similar issues. Is there any other compatibility flag you can set? (apart from the other one you showed?)
