I’d say 2 slots of 512GB SSDs in RAID but don’t bother with those, especially on laptops and more especially on such comparatively low capacities. A single 1TB SSD is just less hassle and also saves you a slot for future upgrades.

replace with two after market 1-tb SSD’s.

junk the stock SSD as they are less reliable normally than after market
