Need help My pc stil wont get past this

I gotten into windows but today again it keep stucking itself on this when I boot up… I bought all parts brand new. Motherboard is the Rog formula z790… I got the newest bios

Go into BIOS and select to boot into the Windows partition. After that go delete the Performance Maximizer partition and don’t install it again.
