Hello Steam deck community,

I am very very very interested in buying the OLED Steam Deck when it drops, my only concern is that by the time it becomes available to purchase I will still be in school, and I would like to know if anyone has maybe an estimate or any experience from the previous steam deck drop on the stock of the steam deck and if I will need to skip the last couple of lectures to be able to snipe a steam deck before it goes out of stock?

    I kept on getting the error and purple monster error… but kept persistent… and eventually got through and got a limited edition… lucky one

    Well I hope you did not miss any school LoL. Valve made sure that people like me n you did not have to worry about getting a bot set up to be able to buy an OLED SD today. I got the Limited edition OLED SD at around 1PM, so 3 hours after they started selling them on their website.

    It’s pretty dope they did that, but at the same time, it really does not feel like they were very limited edition haha. I just looked and at 7pm, they still have them available.
