I love my nuc and use it for the following:
- Plex server
- Chia farmer with open external HDD space - helps supplement cost of electricity
- Emulator (have it hooked up to my basement tv) play old school game with kiddo.
- Old video game server. I host a server on an old game I played a bit when I was younger.
- Network drives for family files
