AppleTV 4k remote
- Volume works, the TV volume goes up and down
- Holding Menu + Vol+ for 5 seconds causes the AppleTV to reboot
- Menu doesn’t do anything
- Touchpad doesn’t do anything
Any troubleshooting ideas to get this working again?

Yes I charged many days and rebooted many times before asking
Has it been dropped at all? Which version of the remote is it? I’m guessing the first generation?
