I’ve had my official dock for a little less than a year now. It’s worked great ever since I got it the same time I got my deck. Today I go to use my deck that’s connected to my monitor and find that it’s no longer connecting. I checked my power cables, ensured the adapter was plugged into the dock itself. Everything’s normal as usual however the deck isn’t receiving power from the dock. I’ve unplugged everything and let it sit for a while but the problem still persists.

I removed the charger powering the dock and plugged it directly into the deck, which then received charge.

Has anyone run into a problem like this before? Did my dock bite the bullet within less than a year? Is there any hope in saving it or getting it repaired/replaced?
