Will the anti-glare hurt the vibrancy of the colors/screen compared to the 512GB OLED variant without anti-glare?

It seems like the general consensus is yes, but not by a lot?

I already have a 2TB LCD Steam deck so with either version I buy I’m going to swap that 2TB nvme into my new OLED.

So it’s less about the storage space and more about which screen is better. I tend to believe that the 512GB OLED is objectively better, even if slightly more so, than the 1TB OLED anti-glare screen.

Thoughts?

I have the old steam deck model with anti glare screen and I was always nervous I would scratch the screen eventually without a screen protector… and It did happen! not sure how I think I bumped my phone accidentally with the deck’s screen and now my deck has a small vertical scratch -_-.

The limited edition OLED looks beautiful wish they had a glossy version.

But yeah my main complain about the anti glare screen is the incompatibility with screen protectors but it also makes the screen look more opaque.
