I have a thermalrite cooler and contact frame. No voltage offsets. Don’t know what any of this means, but you all post this crap. I play Diablo 4, Starfield, Armored Core 6, and Cyberpunk.

Something is limiting your cpu, should be around 39k stock (40k if your cooling is top notch)

my 13900K gets that when i limit it at 200w (did some power limit testing not long ago) it should reach 250w+, at 260-280 it gets 38K, i have a deepcool AK620 so its pegged at 100°C but still goes to 300w, check if you have any power limit in the BIOS or something

Looks like throttling and or a ridiculous amount of background programs, possibly a virus/malware. I break 40k with my 13900k on default settings.

I have mine undercooked to 1.15v, 5.5GHz/4.5GHz. I have my power limit set to the default which I think is 253 and I get 36k.

Check Power Limits in BIOS. PL1 should be set to 125W and PL2 to 253W.

I personally wouldn’t do this. I would rather offset voltage because it lowers power usage and keeps the cpu cooler for the entire time in use. These set limits also throttle the cpu because you are setting a limit. Undervolting by 0.05v never goes above the 253w mark anyways. Undervolting by 0.1v never passed 184w
