The sensor on my 2x16GB 7800 g skill kit started glitching after 46c with a 140mm 1200rpm fan blowing directly on them and would report 12c and then crash. Same sticks with waterblocks don’t report ever hitting 30c at 1.5v. Normally 25-28c after 8 hours of CoD and the room heating up to 80F. They report 22-23c at idle with 72F ambients.

Depending on your stream settings in discord, it could be worthwhile in my opinion. I sometimes stream for my friends in discord as well and even going from the 12900k to 13900k was beneficial. Same with the rare occasion that I stream to twitch since I prefer to use CPU encoding rather than GPU encoding.
As for the difference in gaming with a web browser and some videos up, I think that would most likely be unnoticeable.
Looks like throttling and or a ridiculous amount of background programs, possibly a virus/malware. I break 40k with my 13900k on default settings.
