Hi all, I am tech savvy but found myself at a point where I don’t know what to do.

TLDR: I have been using the deck extensively over the past month and a half and it’s been a real lifesaver as I am from Israel and it really helped me to get out of the depression I was in.

Yesterday, after a couple of days where I didn’t play on the deck, I turned it on. worked fine. then I had an update to the latest preview, pressed as usual “apply”, “restart” and then…the device just went into some weird loop with a slow blinking light (once every 2-3 seconds). I tried every possible combination and the deck just refused to turn on.

After reading on reddit other posts I decided to leave it like that and after 1-2h I noticed that the deck is running cold - i.e. fans are on 100%.

So from other posts on the matter, I left it like that for the battery to die.

Now I plugged it back into the charger, and when I press the power button I hear the blip sound of the deck turning on, but still nothing on the screen.

I did nothing wrong with the deck, I have been taking care of it and it worked great till yesterday.

Would anyone happen to know how to resolve this? I can’t believe that a 600$ product just turned into a brick because of a software update.
