Since the newest phone from the FE line came out, how are you liking it?
•is the battery life any good? How much SOT are you getting?
•How smooth is the performance? The Snap 8 1 processor doesn’t have the best reputation but I hear they made it much more optimized
•What’s your opinion on the phone? Is it worth buying?
Thanks!
Honestly, it’s been great so far. Huge upgrade from my S9.
I bought one as there was a pretty awesome deal with discount of $800aud if you switch network to a specific one (with the phone only costing $200aud) - The battery life has been fine, my SOT generally isn’t particularly long but I easily last a day or two before charging if I am not using my phone much, and it will last until the end of the day with moderate to heavy use with around 20-30% battery life (though unsure of actual screen on time).
The performance has been fine - I’ve come from a Fold 2 and can’t say I notice much if any difference, but I generally only use my phone for work, YouTube, web browsing, music and don’t game/ stress it majorly at all. I’d say its overall smooth, with nil choppiness and I am very happy with it.
I quite like the phone overall, I actually like the bezels and blocky, minimalist design as its reminiscent of my favorite IPhone and its performance/ battery have worked well for me. Given how cheap I got the phone (approx $126usd new!) I am incredibly happy with it as I’d doubt I would get a better phone for the price, and I had already planned to switch network that was apart of the promo as they offer the best coverage in my country (Australia). Though if I were to pay retail for the phone I’d likely choose something else as there are better price vs. performance/ spec phones out there.
I have mine for a week now. I charged it to 85% every night, and usually I plugged it in between 16% to 43% at night depending on use. I’m on wifi most of the day, no calls, only whatsapp and some mobile banking. I don’t game on the phone, so phone has been really cool all day long.
Camera quality is nicer than A54 I think, but S23 Ultra is way much better.
A pic of my food (I’m really active on my group which shares the food we eat at the moment)
S23 fe = to s22 so uhh depends on which specs you want to give up but always go for mainline not fe
At first a bit disappointed, bcoz of the bezel size and overall look and weight feels on ur hand. affer a while starting to get used of it its okay,??

Differance between s23 and s23fe?
Slightly worse processor, different screen size, but a higher mAh battery than the base s23
Came here for the details on the terrible battery performance with the chip. Mind you, I had the S22 and traded it in for the S23 Ultra. Staying for the details about the unpremium bezels.
i just finished setting mine up, I’m very impressed with the camera and performance. battery isn’t fair to test yet as it’s existence has been downloading 50 apps and thousands of photos so far.
anyone seeing this who also has one - is oneui 6 not out yet for it? I assume it will come eventually but want to make sure I’m not missing something
