Go with ryzen, I am a user with Nvidia MX 330 and can tell how bad it is at playing games and doing video edting. The integrated Graphics, Intel iris Xe outperforms it.
Ryzen will be recommended as its integrated graphics are better than intel’s.
The intel+Nvidia option will be more performant but a dedicated GPU will use more power.
