I think a budget would have been in order. What one person considers “dirt cheap” might be another person’s “incredibly overpriced.”
For instance, in comparison to full price, Ni No Kuni 1 is on sale for $7 USD, but the full price is $50. Good game, great visuals, decent playtime if you do it all, but it’s not a “99 cent / free game” by this standard.
