Bought a Asus Vivobook 15 and decided it’s not the right laptop for my needs. Can I just set it back to factory settings and return it for a refund?
I’ve had it less than a week and have all the original packaging.
What are your experiences returning laptops to Amazon?
Depends on what version you’re going for.
The version I bought was the Core i7/8GB/512GB SSD.
Things I personally didn’t like about the Vivobook
Display was dim
Battery life is awful (3 hours with just browsing and left idle)
Asus prioritizes multimedia keys instead of FN keys with no way of disabling them
And don’t me started on the BS Splended software that forces their custom icc colour profile to add a yellow tint to the display (manged to fix this but it took a lot of messing around)
