The 4090 laptop (AD103) is very power starved. The 175w tdp makes it basically a Max-q version.
I only got it instead of a 4080 laptop because I knew would be shunt modding it and the 25% gains definitely show how much it’s power limited. It really needs about 225w to reach full potential.
