Ok, my steam deck exclusively on 3.5 has been doing this thing where it locks the gpu to 200 to 1040 mhz and the cpu to 2024, why does this happen?

like, it hasnt gotten fixed yet, and it’s dumb as hell cause it’s completely fine on 3.4, but i can’t even go back bueherhjekm.
