Anyone else’s LT OLED get refunded. After 30 odd minutes of pressing continue and funds being withdrawn. I received an email and refund stating my order was refunded. Contacted support but nothing yet. Did this happen to anyone else?

Support probably going to respond like 12 hours later. Made a ticket around 11 am because my LE oled purchase was pending and they just got back to me. Purchase went through at 6:30 pm.

Yup same thing happened to me (LE OLED but no dock). Purchased within half an hour of release and just randomly got refunded ~4 hours later. Still waiting on a response from support…

Ok I just just made a post about this, I thought it had to do with me being outside of the US, but seems like it could be something else entirely. It sucks, but at the same time, I’ll be glad if it’s not because of me being outside the US, since then it just means I need to wait and retry again later or next week.

ITT: People outside the US and Canada order a Steam deck through a US forwarding service, Valve flags the multiple orders going to the same address as a scalper, cancels all orders and bans all accounts involved. Shocked Pikachu face.
