Get a 12 cheap and awesome
iPhone 13 Pro has a high refresh rate screen and can buy refurbished for ~ half the price of the 15 pro. That’d be what I’d look into
If you still like the design of your current phone, Just get and SE 2022. If you want to get something more advanced then get either a 13 or a 14.
