With the limited edition having that smokey smokey goodness of a translucent shell, it would be nice to have a clear skin to protect it and display it. I can not seem to find one. Anyone know of a reputable site that sells a clear skin?
Huh? Are you talking about a clear shell? You can get those from Jsaux or ExtremeRate. However, that is not a thing to do for the faint of heart. It’s an involved process switching the shell, and you really need to know what you’re doing or you could potentially ruin your Deck entirely.
A skin is just basically a decal sticker that goes over the existing shell. A “clear” one would be pretty pointless, as you’d just see the shell, but if you’re talking about something with an image that looks like the Deck internals, Dbrand makes one. It’s based on the original LCD, though, and the OLED is completely redesigned inside. That may or may not matter to you, but it’s not going to be “accurate”.
