Using slot 3 and 4 instead of 1/3 or 2/4

Hello I’m kind of a newbie on pc building so what happened was 2 pins on my b760 got bent and I got it fixed and it’s displaying now but the problem is the slots 1 and 2 is not working and I’m currently using slot 3 and 4 but my ram is only 16x2 3200mhz will there be any performance decrease especially in terms of gaming and fps? I can’t get my motherboard replaced because I was the one that got it bent. Everytime I open my pc it shows a notification for using slot 3 and 4 and is advising me to use either 1 3 or 2 4 I hope this won’t provide a problem
