I bought a 256gb Steam deck about 2.5 weeks ago…and then the oled and price drop was announced. You know the feeling of something going on sale right after you buy it and how it sucks.

So I got curious and asked support if I could do a trade in or something…one thing I try to do is always ask if something is possible. You never know.

The support rep chatted with me a bit and he ended up crediting me the difference in the new pricing. Way above and beyond the call of duty. You’ve got a lifelong fan. I had LOVED playing CS 1.5 in high school but hadn’t really gamed in years. The steam deck has gotten me back into it and it’s great to get lost in a game again.

I also now have extra steam wallet balance so am open to trying new games. I’ve been having an absolute blast playing RDR2. Any other great games similar to that kinda game vibe?
