As mentioned panoramic images can go up to 60+ MP, because images are stitched together horizontally. MP count is relative to image size, so the MP count goes up.
OP, what plant identification app do you have installed?
Probably a glitch or something it’s actually like 5 mp
It’s a panoramic photo. It stitches photos together and that makes it a higher resolution. You can tell it’s panoramic by the missing data in the top right corner.
