Updated to latest firmware. Had battery top off setting to 80 percent. Got to 80 percent and stopped charging altogether. Like completely. Completely wrecked my battery. It won’t even charge anymore. Did a factory reset to no avail.

Not saying it’s a system wide issue just never had issues until I installed latest firmware. Luckily my deck is a few days old so can return.

It does literally what you set it for.

Set it back to 100% and it will charge fully.

        Oooo

Sorry English is not my mother tongue.

You can manage to enter the bios when plugged?

If the answer is yes, if you create a recovery media (it has been updated to the 3.5 branch, if you have an old one you need to re make it) and try a reinstall (will overwrite just system config and files and should revert any change that caused the issue and keep your current data).

If you just don’t care about what sits on the deck storage, go for a reimage. That nukes everything, it’s the last thing to try and usually solves even the harshest issues.
