I would stick with 4TB in your case.
1·1 year agoI believe that Apple Care protects you against physical damage rather than malfunctioning.
I’ve been wearing my SE for almost 3 years. The battery life is still 30-40 hours with 85% of health.
In your case, M2 looks better. But if you have a chance to upgrade RAM, it would be more beneficial.
