So I received mine yesterday. It didn’t seem to have a charge from the factory, and even after being plugged in for an hour, doesn’t turn on when I press the power button.

I’m pretty sure its just DOA but does anyone have any ideas? I’m assuming yours “just worked” when you unboxed it OP?
