Only reason not to switch would be
- massive use of icloud, you’ll need to switch to google drive/google photo.
- peripherals like airpods/apple watch/airtag… not working as seamlessly. With ipad and macbook it’s not that big of a deal because they will still work on their own independently of the phone. You’ll miss airdrop, but there are several alternatives.
Reason to switch:
- price
- faster charge times
- open eco system bonus: alternative ways to buy services for everything (iykyk)
Other than that they are both very good phones good at what they need to do.
699€ S23+ from UNIEURO🇮🇹 is a crazy good deal seeing how phone prices have hiked up the last year. And you get 8-256gb out of the box. You’ll have to wait for october 2024 to see if they put 120hz on the iphone 16 plus to have a viable alternative.
Also i might add, s23 is a very good generation for switching because in Italy we’re getting the same phone as the rest of the world for the first time and maybe last time since s24 is rumored not to do it anymore. (Little explanation required: Samsung reserves the really good processor for USA market where the battle with iphone is harder, UE usually gets the lesser processor. BUT NOT THIS TIME👌🏻 for “reasons”)

Although I’ve seen s23 around 550€ at black friday which is within reach and so much better
