Is it possible to request a refund and refuse delivery or does one have to receive the deck first and then initiate the refund?

I ordered on day one and it is still nowhere near getting to me. What in hell is going on?

Absolutely infuriating. I wouldn’t bat an eye about this had Valve not set the expectation of 3-5 Business days and UPS listing the estimate for today.

If they just left it as the a wider range, I wouldn’t even be mad.

Well, this is total bullshit. Doesn’t look like my SD is coming in today unless UPS is pulling some serious overtime.

Stupid estimated delivery date was for today but there has been 0 movement on the tracking data since yesterday.

Keeping it simple with Super Robot Wars 30, the Gunvolt games, the Ori games, .hack, and maybe one of the legend of hero games to see if I want to fall in that rabbit hole.

Updated from just a tracking number to delivery estimate. Estimated delivery is set for Saturday. Just a little outside the 3-5 business days but it is better than not being shipped at all.

Sucks but it is what it is. Hopefully, it get here a little early on Friday.

Ordered on the 16th, after a couple days of being packaged with no info, got a tracking number but the UPS site is not showing anything but a loading icon.

Still stuck on packaged, just like the rest of the unlucky sods.
