13700hx is a much better cpu than 13620h , so omen it is

The ge68hx will be the fastest but I personally prefer legion as it has slightly better build

For that price is fine , get an additional 8gb ram , a good SSD and a battery and you’re good to go

It’s hitting 85w which is pretty high and can easily overwhelm the thermal system But it’s highly unlikely that you’ll experience any workload that would push the CPU this much . So you don’t need to worry. Also try to max your fans when running these kinda tests
