I don’t think there’s VPN that works with YouTube TV. I found YouTube is the best in detecting the use of VPN or DNS servers. I’ve used several VPN’s with different US channels like Sling, Hulu, ABC, NBC etc. and that works fine. But never got YouTube tv to work.
