For jogging, get an arm strap case for your phone.
Strap your phone to your bicep. Wrap extra cord into the strap.
I use one of these anytime I’m doing real outdoor activity.
Makes it harder to use my phone, helps keep me engaged with the actual world.
Keeps the phone solidly attached to me, no one could steal it and I’m not going to forget it somewhere.
Only possible issue is sweat. And if your phone can survive a light sprinkle, it ought to be fine.
I use mine with a 6.2in phone, and it isn’t cutting in or anything, but if you have a smaller frame and a larger phone… Might not workable for you.
If you ever lived through AC97 Codec Driver installation during the Win9x days, with the hell of meeting to figure out exactly which driver went with which card versus what the heck you actually bought… Linux won’t be hard at all. A little strange, sure. But not nearly as difficult as everyone makes it out to be. Not anymore, at least.
If you have one of the storage modules, you can test drive any Linux distro you want with it. Some users even do the opposite and keep Windows on the module, Linux in the internal SSD.
Look at the software you need. That’s the biggest issue for most people.
