maybe get a vpn for apple tv. might also have to set your location with all apple devices for uk

i bought a new soundbar and hooked it up correctly and sound was out of wack all around. had to reset my apple tv for everything to work

they have some games that play well on atv4k from apple arcade, other than that, i don’t think they are gonna release a new atv that can play the newest triple a titles that sony playstation 5 can play for example. wouldn’t make sense to make one that can play older triple a games either (but idk). i don’t think they’re suddenly gonna make their own huge releases that’s on the level of the best video games in the world. if you mean that mac computers are gonna be able to play the best and newest that’s definitely gonna happen sooner rather than later imo. if apple is gonna make a gaming console that’s as good as playstation is yet unknown… sure it would have atv build in :)

try using a normal hdmi port for the apple tv and also try unplugging the power cable to your tv for a couple of minutes and putting it in again. maybe restart the atv in settings-system so it shows the apple logo on screen. last resort factory reset. would be a good idea to see if others in here have more advice before you do that though

if your soundbar has multiple hdmi ports try plugging your apple tv into the first port and use the second port between your tv and soundbar. maybe it’s tv/soundbar in first port and atv in second. try it out :)
