The VRR toggle on 3.5.7 has a bug right now with the official dock, even with supported hardware.
All the advice I have is just keep restarting the steam deck and unplugging the cables and dock until the toggle shows up again , but even that isn’t the beet advice because I’m not sure if the monitor/TV will show the settings the next time you plug it into the monitor/tv.
The same bug is happening with the HDR toggle in the quick settings, it’s super annoying.
I mean, if you’re into racing games Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered is $3.50 right now and it’s easily one of the best games Criterion has put out since the original Burnout games.
Only thing is it’s not “open world” like the newer NFS games and unfortunately it uses the EA app as a launcher before it launches through Steam. (you can disable the EA in game overlay after it launches by deleting the “IGO64.dll” file in the games directory files, just search for it in desktop mode)
Paired with Spotify running in the background of your favorite fast music tracks, it’s pretty damn fun!
