if you want to delete them, either swipe to the left on the label you want to delete or there’s an edit button on the top right while editing contacts

well, it’s not safari that’s doing that, it’s Google. I think you can force it to go to Germany’s one by clicking the gear symbol -> more settings -> other settings -> language and region
