I have an rm2 and iPad pro 11". Get an iPad with a paper feel screen protector and the noteful app. Put it in aeroplane mode for distraction free writing.

Imo the remarkable should sync with whatever cloud storage you already have, with no monthly fee because it wouldn’t cost remarkable anything. Like how most of the iPad note taking applications work. I cancelled soon as they wanted money and I just backup manually.

There is a danger that if left for a long time all the digital ink will fall to the bottom of the display.

Just make sure he doesn’t work in an environment where technology, particularly wireless technology, is not allowed.

Clean 2 sides. Wait, and wait, and wait for them to dry. Next 2 pages etc. it’s an absolute ball ache. Also own takes a while to dry so you can’t just flip a page emover because it’ll smear what you last write and transfer it to the facing page too.

It was useful when I worked in an environment that allowed no.outside tech but remarkable is much better. These days I’d go for that colour boox one though over a remarkable.

I have both. I wouldn’t get a rocket book. It becomes a bit of a maintenance nightmare.

I cancelled.cln ect once the free year ran out. There wasn’t a single special offer as far as I’m aware.
