I think the issue is with the return key, which is normally a big key and people got used to clicking the left part of the key to press return. However, on Safari, that return key is split into full stop and return key and people subconsciously click that full stop thinking of return key.
That’s called restart not reset, don’t make up words to confuse more tech illiterate people.
