  • Ordered 1TB OLED on Sunday. In SK. Support isn’t able to provide any type of updated ETA. My main frustration is why advertise the 3-5 days when it’s not going to be close, and if it is going to be delayed for potentially weeks past the estimate they could’ve notified. Especially since they charged card at time of order.

    My order now has this notice:

    Our distributor has hit a processing backlog for orders to Canada. We are actively working through the issue and will ship your order as soon as we can. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
