I’m not sure if a users count is the main reason for selling the Deck in specific region/country or not. For example: Russia is #3 by users count but it wasn’t in the list even before Feb 2022. Brazil is #4 and it is not in the availability list either.

1·1 year agoAvailability if you live in “not available in your country”. There are a lot of resellers who already can sell you LCD Deck in every country possible. But OLED? It’s available only where Valve sells them.
Still a lot of US companies had a business with Russia before 2022: Apple, Microsoft… As for delivery companies, FedEx worked with Russia too.
