Heads up for anyone who is new at this game: there is cross play with Xbox/W10 players in all modes EXCEPT ranked. If you’re serious about playing competitively, it’d be better to switch platforms. But if not [and I don’t blame you considering this is a 10 year old game] then the Steam version should be fine.

Personally I’m surprised Valve released an updated version of their hardware. Every other product they made they only released one model ever with a slow but steady stream of firmware updates.
