I’d give it time to break in. If it’s still that way after more than 5 days, then maybe something’s wrong.
If you’re buying for Dex, I believe that’s the model that has crippled Dex–it won’t connect to a monitor directly, only wirelessly. If so, that’s the one I ordered and then cancelled when I discovered that.
Quite frankly, the Android tablet market sucks. I ended up buying an iPad instead, and I HATE Apple. It’s my first Apple purchase. I did find the changeover relatively easy, but that’s perhaps because I was also familiar with ChromeOS on a tablet. And surprisingly, the prices on Apple iPads is not horrible.
