I don’t understand why you need an AIO for an i5. I am using a 10900k with a Noctua D15 stock and it’s running perfectly fine. An air cooler like Noctua U14s, U12A or D15 is more than enough for stock settings. You may need though a contact frame.

Setting the XMP profile is actually overclocking and, depending on the motherboard and Cpu, you may or may not attain that speed.
