Biggest Regret, I’ve had nothing but issues with my deck since I received it yesterday, it’s my first steam deck ever. The OLED model, I’ve tried all of the fixes but it just wouldn’t connect to my WiFi, I turned off the 160mhz, I changed ipv6 to automatic, I tried to connect via desktop, I even tried a different router and it kept connecting and disconnecting or not connecting at all. The only thing it would connect to was my mobile hotspot, but I don’t have unlimited data so I can’t justify it to not use up all my data. I thought the mobile hotspot after the updates would fix the WiFi connection issue but nope. There’s nothing wrong with my router as all my consoles, TVs, laptops all connect to the router fine and play online games no bother. I put in a request for a refund but I’ve no idea how long I’m going to wait on a reply. It’s not worth the stress. Something this new shouldn’t have issues like this especially for the amount of money it costs.

I cannot connect my steam deck oled to my internet, I’ve tried 2.4ghz, 5G, 6G and I’ve restarted my deck too. I don’t know what to do.

Still awaiting my oled… Thought it would be with me by Friday… But no. Since the 22nd it’s been saying “the parcel is on its way to the final parcel centre” and parcel force haven’t received it 😕 I’m off work on annual leave this week so I hope it comes this week 🤞

I know the feeling, I keep looking at things I want but can’t afford until I get paid next week but by that time they will all be up in price lol, hopefully down again come Christmas 😂

Just spent over £250 on games for my new oled deck that hasn’t arrived yet lol (first deck)

Mine said earlier that it hadn’t been collected yet but now it says it’s on its way to the final parcel centre 😄
