I’m considering filing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. This is bad practice.

They said no… no exchange, no refund, no price match. What a load of bs. Pretty disappointed in Valve honestly. The least they could do is price match.

I ordered mine Oct 16 😭 it’s been 24 days, not even a full month! I bought it then because I read they won’t have another version out until 2025… fully feeling bamboozled here. Hoping they’ll be flexible with their policy…
