With Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade it’s also the best example for how amazing the HDR is on the OLED. Lightning and Fire effects pop like crazy on the screen.

Thanks. Got it resolved already by manually changing over to XHCI in the Bios. The system was fully updated though… is the hotfix only availible in the beta branch?
Got my 512 OLED today and the usb-c port is broken. I can charge the deck and devices like usb-thumbdrives or ssd enclosures that i plug in also get power, but i have absolutely zero data connectivity. No storage device gets detected in Linux, while all of the devices work perfectly fine when plugging them into my LCD model. On the OLED nothing ever shows up with sudo lsblk or in the partition manager.
Bit of a bummer, but i’m thankful i found this semi-hidden defect, as i wanted to clone the SSD to a 2tb one using an enclosure. RMA request already sent to Valve. In the meantime: Back to the LCD it is ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
As long as you enjoy playing games it won’t be a waste. When it comes to skyrim with mods though, be prepared to have a pretty rough experience getting everything set up, especially if you have zero experience with tinkering.
