Apple Support loves to say that customers have installed beta software as I have heard that a lot over the last year or so. I guess that’s what they say when they don’t want to actually do their jobs.

I have encountered this “beta” excuse as well both in store and with their technical support. It’s as if Apple’s staff have zero clue about their own products
