Can someone explain to me how people are able to list items for sale on Ebay before they have the item in hand? How can I go and put my presale order up for sale already if I won’t be able to ship it out once someone purchases it off the ebay listing?

So are these all solely melting because owners aren’t fully inserting the cable? Or do these also burn up on their own?
