It’s a bit of a bait post honestly, as the last line literally says if you’re still unhappy after trying to use the device then they’re happy to follow through with the process.
Dead pixels and stuck pixels are different and both exist. Given the absolute frenzy that’s been whipped up by the reddit over this topic, I can’t imagine how many RMAs are being handled for stuck pixels that would have resolved on their own.
Of course, I hope all Deck purchasers get a perfect machine and that should be the aim, but I think you’re only feeding the fire when they’ve been pretty reasonable here to you.
