None that I can speak of from personal experience. The PC has been in pretty much daily use for a few months now without Ethernet dropping or any of the USB devices disconnecting (mouse, microphone, keyboard, printer, portable drive).
I’d go for the 13700K bundle between these two.
I have the Asus Prime Z790-A paired with a 13700K, and it’s a solid board. Worked right out of the box with only minor tweaking in the BIOS to get the CPU running at a decent undervolt (although I had also installed a contact frame). For a gaming-oriented build, it’s been working great.
The Prime-P in this bundle looks like it has a slightly weaker VRM, but I wouldn’t expect it to struggle with handling a 13700K.
You will want to make sure you take a look at the default voltage settings in the BIOS and adjust as necessary. Asus’ quality is fine from what I’ve experienced, but they have been known to pump up voltages for these CPUs.
Not sure if it’s too late, but the Dell is clearly better spec-wise. The screen size difference probably isn’t worth much since you say you have an external monitor already.
