I really can’t believe this but I think my 512 GB model is DOA. It just will not power on. The LED next to the power button does not come on or flash to indicate anything is happening when I press or long press the button. I’ve left it plugged in and tried to power on and nothing.
I’ve had new devices with defects before, but never a DOA. Has anyone experienced anything similar with their Deck? I reached out to Valve support Tuesday, and I’m waiting to hear back still.
Thank you for the tip. I did see this step mentioned on the Steam Deck help pages and tried it. I wish I could say it worked. :(
